A complete cart-based finishing line — flexible part flow without overhead conveyor
A turnkey production line built around tow carts instead of an overhead conveyor. Parts move through prep, finishing, and cure stations on carts with custom cart-top fixtures that present each part at the right height and orientation for the work being done. Cart-based flow is a natural fit for heavy, large, or varied parts — and for facilities where installing overhead conveyor is impractical. The full line is designed, integrated, and commissioned as one system, from layout and cart design through installation, startup, and training.
