Four-arm carousel that keeps your robot spraying while parts load, unload, and stage

The Four Arm Carousel is a four-position rotating system that indexes at 90 degrees, automatically positioning product in front of the robot for painting while loading, unloading, and staging happen simultaneously at the other positions. Carousel rotation is controlled by the same control unit as the robot, along with the rotation of the part fixture at the end of each arm — so part presentation is part of the program, not a separate operation. The recommended maximum payload is 75 lbs per arm, with an upgraded 125 lb capacity available when the solution requires it.
